Expression Taste Coffe

                                      


                           In the expression Taste Coffee    Astringent - taste left in the mouth with a salty sensation on the tongue.
    Baggy - less savory taste of coffee beans stored for too long in less good condition.
    Baked - The aroma of roasted coffee expelled too long in temperatures that are too low.
    Beany - The smell of roasted coffee beans that have not been put out maximum flavor.
    Bitter - the sharp flavor of the coffee beans are roasted longer.
    Bready - taste like the bread that was on the coffee blend roasted seeds are not too long or in a high temperature so it does not bring up the flavor of the oil.
    Bright - mild flavor, dry but sharp which is the hallmark of Central American coffee taste.
    Buttery - Taste is a bit oily and viscous.
    Caramelly - caramel or toffee flavor.
    Chocolatey - The taste of chocolate.
    Creamy - coffee is a high content of oil produced through the process of mixing coffee beans.
    Delicate - Effect mild sweetness left on the tongue.
    Earthy - characteristic aroma soil or dust is left behind in the old coffee beans stored in the storage warehouse close to the ground. The taste usually is on a typical Sumatra coffee beans.
    Exotic - an unusual smell, for example from herbs, flowers, or fruit.
    Fermented - less savory taste sensation that causes sour taste. Is the result of the coffee bean enzyme was young.
    Flat - taste bland because it has lost the scent.
    Fragrant or floral - Aroma flavor of jasmine flowers for instance.
    Fruity - tastes like berries, or citrus fruit.
    Grassy - taste like the aroma of freshly cut grass.
    Green-herbal flavor that occurs due to the effect of the addition of sugar that is less complete during the process of roasting.
    Hard - The taste is less balanced, more likely to be acidic, because acid levels are very high.
    Harsh - slightly spicy taste sharp or stinging tongue.
    Herby - taste like vegetables.
    Lifeless - Bland.
    Mellow - soft and savory taste due to mild acid levels.
    Muddy - Lumpy and tasteless.
    Musty - The taste of 'old' which is commonly found in coffee beans stored for long periods and distinctive flavor of coffee is Java.
    Nippy - Effects sweet taste left in the tip of the tongue.
    Nutty - peanut flavor
